To officially reserve your date, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your wedding. No dates are held without both the contract and retainer in place.
what is required to secure my wedding date?
Yes, services can be added or adjusted up to 60 days before the wedding date, as long as your final total meets the $1,500 booking minimum.
can i make changes to my package after booking?
We typically allot 45–60 minutes per person for makeup and/or hair. We’ll build a custom timeline for your wedding morning so everything runs smoothly and stress-free.
how long does hair and makeup take on the wedding day?
A trial isn’t required, but it’s highly recommended for the bride. Trials allow us to perfect your vision, test products on your skin, and ensure you feel 100% confident going into your big day.
do you require a trial before the wedding?
We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance to secure your date. Gina Luxe Collective only takes one wedding per day and a limited number per month to ensure each bride receives our full attention and care.

At this time, hair services are only available as an add-on to bridal makeup bookings. This ensures we can provide the best quality and experience possible.
